PAYMENT POLICY

You will pay the Fees to B’OLIVES INNOVATIONS in accordance with the package/course/event you have purchased.
All payments required must be made by you within 3 days of booking, unless of receipt any content (defined as, but not limited to- coaching session, videos, tutorials, webinar/group training) be delivered/dispatched/accessed by you or to you, then payment must precede receipt of content.
All payments required to be made pursuant to this Agreement by either Party shall be made in £ in cleared funds to such payment providers as the receiving Party may from time to time nominate, without any set-off, withholding or deduction except such amount (if any) of tax as that Party is required to deduct or withhold by law.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

This refund policy complies with the EU Distance Selling Directive (2000) and is part of UK law under the Consumer Protection Regulations (2000).  We understand that your personal circumstances may change unexpectedly. This policy sets out the process for requesting a cancellation and the fees involved.
You may receive a full refund 7 days from date of purchase of any of our products or services. Should any content (defined as, but not limited to- coaching session, videos, tutorials, webinar/group training) be delivered/dispatched/accessed by you or to you within this 7 day cool off period, you will not be entitled to a refund. 

All refunds are subject to a £25.00 processing fee.
You agree to notify B’OLIVES INNOVATIONS, via e-mail and WhatsApp, 48 hours in advance of any scheduled 1-1 session that you need to cancel or re-schedule. Less than 48hrs you may be charged the full session fee. B’OLIVES INNOVATIONS reserves the right to charge you for a missed/cancelled session.
A cancellation is considered late when the session is cancelled less than 48 hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when a patient misses an appointment without cancelling. In either case, you will be charged the session rate plus taxes. Please note we are unable to reimburse for any currency conversion fees charged by your credit-card issuer.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your session, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply.
If you purchase a coaching package there is no refund for any unused portions as coaching packages have a time limit for redemption according to the fee schedule. This is to ensure that you receive the best experiences and benefit from the Coaching strategies, such as timely continuous assessment, progression and feedback.
If B’OLIVES INNOVATIONS is unable to meet the obligation of a scheduled session, you may request a full refund for the session or alternatively rebooking.
Should B’OLIVES INNOVATIONS determine you would benefit from another form of interaction such as counselling you may be entitled to a refund for any used portion of the package.

Webinar/Group Training
Any non-attendance, buy you is not refundable for webinar/ group training. 
There is no refund if you miss any portion of the webinar/ group training sessions.
If course/webinar content has been delivered/dispatched/accessed by you or to you either before or after (for example but not limited to: tutorials, videos) there is no refund once the content has been accessed/delivered/dispatched by you or to you.
If there is a technical failure (on my part) during a webinar or coaching session you may get a full refund if less than 50% of the session or event has been delivered. If more than 50% is delivered then I will offer a re-schedule to finish the course/session. There is no refund if the failure is on your part.

Force Majeure
B’OLIVES INNOVATIONS shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations where such failure or delay results from any cause that is beyond the reasonable control of B’OLIVES INNOVATIONS.  Such causes include, but are not limited to: power failure, internet service provider failure, industrial action, civil unrest, fire, flood, storms, earthquakes, acts of terrorism, acts of war, pandemic, epidemic, virus governmental action or any other event that is beyond the control of B’OLIVES INNOVATIONS.

TERMINATION POLICY

On entering a signed agreement with B’OLIVES INNOVATIONS you may terminate the Client Agreement at any time upon 7 days received written notice to B’OLIVES INNOVATIONS at the address provided. If the termination is within the 7 day cooling off period, you may receive a full refund (minus the £25.00 processing fee) unless any of our products or services has been delivered/dispatched/accessed by you or to you. Should you wish to terminate the agreement AFTER the 7 day cooling off period you are not entailed to any refund.
B’OLIVES INNOVATIONS may IMMEDIATELY terminate the Client Agreement at any time for reasons which may include but are not limited to: 
•    Concern the you may harm yourself or others
•    Concern that a crime has been committed

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the any of our services for any reason, without notice at any time.
Under these circumstances you will not be entitled for any refund for unused portions of the package purchased. B’OLIVES INNOVATIONS agrees not to disclose any information pertaining to you without your written consent. BE ADVISED: the Coach-Client relationship is not a relationship protected by legal confidentiality (like doctor-patient or attorney-client). As such, B’OLIVES INNOVATIONS could be required to divulge otherwise confidential information to authorities or where harm to self or others or criminal activity is suspected by B’OLIVES INNOVATIONS.

All coaching packages will terminate automatically within one year of fee payment or having redeemed the full number of agreed sessions per programme.
